This policy explains how 1ONEWAYSOLUTIONS (PTY) LTD (“we”) handles personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect and why

This website does not create customer accounts and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. We receive personal information only when you contact us: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the division and service you are interested in, and your message. We use it to respond to your enquiry and to provide the service you ask about.

The enquiry form

When you submit the enquiry form, your details are sent through our website host, Netlify, and delivered to us by email. We use them only to reply to you.

Lawful basis

We process your information to respond to your request and to take steps at your request before providing a service.

Sharing with service providers

When you email us, call us or use WhatsApp, your information passes through those providers (for example Google for email and Meta for WhatsApp) under their own terms. This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads. Our website host, Netlify, also stores form submissions and keeps technical logs. We do not sell personal information.

Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold and keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to respond and for legitimate business records.

Your rights

You may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, and to correct or delete it, or object to its use, by emailing 1oneway2022@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa at www.inforegulator.org.za.
